ورش العمل هذه هي واحدة من سلسلة من الورش الثمانية التي سيقيمها المركز خلال العام الدراسي 2015-2016
تناولت ورشة العمل الأولى واقع إختلاف وتفاوت تلقف الطلاب للمعلومات التي يمنحها المدرس/المدرسة في الصف وأن المشكلة ليست بالضرورة أن تكون في إدارة الصف أو في المدرس / المدرسة، وتناولت أيضًا كيفية قيادة الطلاب والوصول بهم إلى فهم المواد والمعلومات الممنوحة لهم لبلوغ الهدف المنشود.
كما وتناولت الورشة الثانية إستراتجيات الإدارة الصفيّة والقدرة على إجراء التحاليل والمقارنات بما يعود بالفائدة على قيادة الصفوف، الإطلاع على أحدث الطرق الآمنه للقيادة الصفيّة، الحصحصة الأنجع والأجدى للصفوف، تعزيز طرق التعاون والعمل الجماعي المنتج في الصفوف، تفعيل التواصل مع الطلاب والأهل.
وختامًا ألقت الورشة الثالثة الضوء على الخطوات العملانية المتبعة لتحسين أداء الطلاب، وتشارك الحضور الخبرات التي تصب في مصلحة تعزيز الأداء التعليمي للطلاب.

A Workshop Essential to All Students' Success
Differentiated instruction recognizes and acts upon the reality that children learn differently. It is not a question of good or bad classrooms; it is not a question of which teachers are working harder. It is doing what is instructionally the right thing to do--beginning where students are and trying to take them as far as they can go in their learning.
Effective differentiated instruction provides support for struggling learners while challenging high achievers. This is best achieved through a differentiated lesson design that does not differentiate learning outcomes, and allows all students to access and achieve excellence. Participants will receive valuable tools to facilitate his/her future development in this area.
